zobne obloge. Le-teh ne morete odstraniti sami. Potrebno je obiskati zobozdravnika.<\/p>\n<p>Profesionalno odstranjevanje zobnega kamna lahko opravi zobozdravnik pa tudi ustni higienik. V ordinaciji s pomo\u010djo posebnega UZ nastavka zobozdravnik odstrani trde in mehke zobne obloge. S ti.peskalnikom pa odstrani tudi zabarvanja od kave, \u010daja, cigaret,&#8230; in tako naredi zobe popolnoma gladke, da se obloge \u010dim manj prijemajo na zobe.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce zobnega kamna ne odstranjujete redno-priporo\u010damo 1x letno, se vnameje obzobna tkiva to so dlesni, ki krvavijo \u2013 gingivitis. Pozor! Pri kadilcih dlesni redkeje krvavijo, saj zaradi nikotina ni dobre prekrvavitve, \u010deprav so dlesni zaradi kamna \u0161e huje prizadete in se hitreje razvije parodontalna bolezen). Kot odgovor na krvave\u010de in vnete dlesni se odzove tudi \u010deljust-kost, ki se za\u010dne vnetnim procesom v dlesnih umikati. Posledica, ki jo zazna pacient je, da se mu zobje majejo, sprednji zobje ponavadi potujejo bolj naprej in narazen, re\u010demo tudi, da se zobje dalj\u0161ajo, in na koncu izpadejo.<\/p>\n<p>Razlika, ki nastane med vi\u0161ino dlesni in kosti, se imenuje obzobni \u017eepek. V teh \u017eepkih se zadr\u017eujejo patogene bakterije, ki vplivajo na poslab\u0161anje parodontalne bolezni, predvsem pa na slab zadah. Zdravljenje takih \u017eepkov je potrebno specialisti\u010dno obravnavati.<\/p>\n<p>Vzrokov za parodontalno bolezen je ve\u010d \u2013 dedni faktorji, slaba higiena, kajenje, nezdravljena sladkorna bolezen, razne druge huj\u0161e sistemske bolezni, tudi previsne plombice in proteti\u010dni nadomestki, ki dra\u017eijo dlesni&#8230; Tudi \u010de vse vzroke odstranimo se razvoju parodontalne bolezni ne moremo 100% izogniti, bomo pa bistveno upo\u010dasnili njen nastanek in nadaljnji razvoj. Seveda pa je zraven potrebno redno servisiranje va\u0161ih zob- to je profesionalno \u010di\u0161\u010denje kamna.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" Zob lahko oskrbimo na ve\u010d razli\u010dnih na\u010dinov glede na velikost defekta in \u017eelja pacienta. Tako poznamo kompozitne zalivke ali &#8216;bele plombe&#8217;, ki so izdelane direktno v ordinaciji in so barvno podobne preostalemu zobu, z dobro tehniko izdelave pa lahko posnemamo tudi obliko zoba. Zakaj je \u00b4bela\u00b4 plomba bolj\u0161a od \u00b4srebrne\u00b4? Ne samo, da amalgam estetsko ne zadovolji na\u0161im potrebam, z leti srebrne plombe zlezejo na robu zoba preko in tako povzro\u010dajo neprijetno zastajanje hrane in posledi\u010dno razvoj kariesa, pa tudi dra\u017eijo dlesen. Pacienti pogosto to\u017eijo o neprijetnem \u00b4okusu po kovinah\u00b4. Srebrne plombe povzro\u010dajo poke na zobu.<\/p>\n<p>Za srebrno plombo je potrebno odstraniti tudi zdrav zob, saj tak\u0161na plomba potrebuje retencijo, \u010de ne pa izpade. Izdelava bele plombe poteka s posebno tehniko lepljenja in tako zobozdravnik odstrani zgolj kariozno lezijo, zdrav zob pa pusti. Bela plomba ostane na svojem mestu in tako ne povzro\u010da zastajanja hrane pod robom plombe(zobna nitka se ne strga). Prav tako ne povzro\u010da okusa po kovinah in zadovolji vsem estetskim pogledom. Ve\u010dje defekte, ki jih ne moremo oskrbeti s kompozitnimi plombami, pa oskrbimo bodisi s kompozitnimi bodisi s kerami\u010dnimi inlay-i ali onlay-i. Gre za posebne plombe, ki jih izdela zobotehnik v laboratoriju na podlagi odtisa. Kadar ostane premalo zoba, da bi ga lahko dogradili s plombo, se naredi inlay ali onlay v laboratoriju, zobozdravnik pa ga v ordinaciji le zacementira. Prednost inlaya pred kompozitno plombo je ta, da je estetsko \u0161e bolj dovr\u0161en. V enem obisku pri zobozdravniku se lahko oskrbi ve\u010d zob hkrati. Zaradi posebnih cementov, ki se pri tem uporabljajo, dajejo zobu ve\u010djo trdnost in tudi morebitne poke v zobu, ki so od prej, se ne nadaljujejo ve\u010d in tako dlje \u010dasa ohranimo zob v Danes je na tr\u017ei\u0161\u010du dosti metod beljenja zob. Pri nas smo se odlo\u010dili za najmanj invazivno, pacientu zelo prijazno metodo, ki daje odli\u010dne rezultate. Uporabljamo belilne gele Opalescence razli\u010dnih okusov. Najprej vam odstranimo zobni kamen in zobe speskamo. Vzamemo odtis zob, na podlagi tega nam zobotehnik izdela posebne gumijaste \u017elice. V te belilne \u017elice si aplicirate belilni gel in jih vstavite v usta npr. zve\u010der za kak\u0161no urico ali dve. Ponavadi so \u017eeljeni rezultati tekom enega tedna. V na\u0161i ordinaciji delamo \u0161e kovinsko kerami\u010dne prevleke (na jekleno ogrodje se nanese keramika okrog in okrog zoba, tako da je \u00b4cel bel\u00b4), cirkonij kerami\u010dne prevleke (na cirkonijevo ogrodje, ki je tudi bele barve, se nanese keramika, tako ni tistega temnega roba pri dlesni) in polno kerami\u010dne prevleke. Slednje so najbolj estetske in dajo videz naravnega zoba. Cirkonij kerami\u010dne in polno kerami\u010dne prevleke izdelajo v tehniki s CAD-CAM tehnologijo (ra\u010dunalni\u0161ka obdelava odtisa) za popolno naleganje prevlek.<\/p>\n<p>Kadar manjka cel zob se lahko vrzel zapre tako, da naredimo mosti\u010dek . Sosednja dva zoba obrusimo in nanju nataknemo mosti\u010dek.
